How Do You Know Which Ring Size to Choose?
The sizes are given in parentheses. Example: Size 7 corresponds to a circumference of 54.4 mm.
To determine your size, take a string and wrap it around your finger to measure the circumference in millimeters.
Step 1: Take a strip of paper
Step 2: Wrap the paper around your finger
Step 3: Make a mark
Step 4: Use a ruler to measure the paper strip
Still not sure which size to choose? If the selected size is not correct, you can email us within 14 days from the day you receive the ring and request an exchange.
We also recommend using our ring sizer, which is easier to use and more accurate than the paper strip method. This will save you from measuring errors and the need to request an exchange.
What Can I Do If the Size Doesn’t Fit?
If the size you chose is not correct, you have 14 days from the day you receive the ring to email us and request an exchange.
Please note that rings which have been customized with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged for size issues, as we are unable to resell them.
You can order our ring adjuster, available HERE, which allows you to adjust the size of your ring if the ordered size doesn’t fit.
