Return and Refund Conditions

Return & Exchange Policy
At Horaclek, every ring is crafted with care and dedication. Our policies reflect the special nature of our products and comply with the applicable consumer protection laws in the Australia.


Personalized & Custom-Made Products
Since our jewelry is individually made and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products.
This includes items with engraving, special sizes, or individual design requests.



Non-Personalized Products

For non-personalized items, we offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing info@horaclek.store.

  • After approval, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.


Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • A handling and restocking fee of $12 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except if the item arrived damaged or defective.


Exchanges & Store Credit
To enable a fast resolution, we prefer to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible returns.
If you prefer a refund instead, please indicate this in your email.


Excluded from Exchange or Return:

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Gift vouchers

  • Sale or limited edition products

  • Worn or visibly used items

  • Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we will take care of it promptly.
