I just placed an order — when will it ship?

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order without penalty as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.

Where can I find my order number?

It’s possible that your order confirmation email ended up in your spam or junk folder.

If you still can't find the confirmation email with your order number after checking, just contact us with the subject "My Order Number" and we’ll assist you.

Can I change my order or shipping address?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change.

Do you have a physical store where I can see the products?

At the moment, we are online only. We do not have a physical store yet.


Where can I find my tracking number?

We provide a tracking number for every shipped order once your package leaves our warehouse.

You’ll receive the tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can then track your order on our tracking page.


How long does delivery take?

Our guaranteed delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues.

While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the damaged item

Once we receive this, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.

Where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered directly to your home address — no intermediaries.

If your address was entered incorrectly, please contact our support team as soon as possible before your order ships.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

No worries — your package will be placed in your mailbox if it fits.

If not, it will be delivered to your nearest post office, and the postal service will leave a pickup notice in your mailbox so you can collect it.
