These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the purchase of products available on our website:
www.horaclek.store, owned by KSVP Ventures Limited, a Hong Kong company with REG NO 77066099, registered at Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The  L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's  Rd Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
By placing an order on www.horaclek.store, users fully accept and are bound by these Terms as if they had been signed at the time of purchase. It is essential to read and accept these Terms before purchasing any product from www.horaclek.store.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the eCommerce platform to sell our products and services.
KSVP Ventures Limited. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current Terms will always be accessible via the website so users can consult or print them at any time.
Prices and conditions of sale are subject to change due to market fluctuations. However, submitting an order by completing the purchase form constitutes acceptance of the price and the conditions in force at that time. Once the order is confirmed, the sale is considered binding, with all legal guarantees that protect the consumer. From that point onward, the agreed prices and conditions are contractually binding and may not be changed without the express consent of both parties.

KSVP Ventures Limited reserves the right to deny or suspend access to services on www.horaclek.store in cases of good faith violations, legal non-compliance, breach of these terms, or fraud by users or suppliers.
1. Right of Withdrawal
KSVP Ventures Limited. informs customers that under European consumer protection law, several methods exist to exercise the right of withdrawal, including the option of submitting an electronic form. To simplify and speed up the process, we recommend using this form.
You may withdraw from your contract within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, without stating any reason and without incurring penalties, provided the conditions outlined in this document are met.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods or services with prices that fluctuate in the financial market and are beyond the seller's control.

Custom or personalized products made to your specifications.

Perishable goods or those with a short shelf life.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will issue a refund based on the original payment method:

Credit Card: credited within 48–72 hours.

PayPal: refunded directly to your PayPal account.

Bank Transfer: we will request your bank details and process the refund, which may take up to 48 business hours to reflect.
For all other payment methods, we will contact you for your refund details.
You are only liable for any reduction in value if it results from handling the item in a way not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functionality.
2. Return Conditions for Private Customers
Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and properly protected. Please do not attach labels, seals, or tape directly to the product packaging. Otherwise, KSVP Ventures Limited. reserves the right to reject the return.
After submitting the withdrawal form, you will receive instructions via email on how to proceed with the return. You must return the goods within 30 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You are free to choose your preferred shipping carrier.
Once the returned goods are received and confirmed to be in good condition, we will process the refund. We will refund the total amount paid, including the original shipping cost (excluding any extra costs from choosing a delivery option other than our standard, least expensive option).
Gifts and promotional items: The full package (product + gift) must be returned to process a refund.
3. Warranty
Our warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or handling of the product beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and function. In such cases, the customer is responsible for repair costs.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by external factors, accidents (especially electrical), wear and tear, or misuse.

Products that have been altered or repaired by the customer or unauthorized third parties.

Products covered by a special support agreement.

4. Order Cancellations
Cancellations that involve a refund via bank transfer have a maximum processing time of 30 days, although we aim to process them within 7 days.
