Rings with custom engraving may require up to 4 business days to ship.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Times & Costs

Damages & Lost Packages
Horaclek is responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged or it did not arrive, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
